Responsible Gaming —
The Path to Safe and Enjoyable Entertainment
899tt believes that gaming is a pleasant form of entertainment — within limits. Your control, your choice — we are always here for you.
Our Commitment
Responsible gaming is at the heart of 899tt's core values.
At 899tt, we believe online betting and casino gaming is a perfectly legitimate form of entertainment — just like watching a cricket match or spending time with family. But like any entertainment, it is important to maintain the right boundaries. Our goal is to help you set those limits, so gaming stays a source of enjoyment and never becomes a problem.
As a safe and reliable platform, 899tt always prioritises the wellbeing of every player. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles. Our support team is available 24/7 — feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Important: Gaming is not a way to recover lost money. Every bet is an independent decision and the possibility of losing is always present. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
The Tools to Stay in Control
These are the features 899tt provides to keep your gaming safe and enjoyable.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period — which helps prevent overspending on impulse.
Time-Out
Need a break for a few days? Use the Time-Out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account reactivates automatically when the break is over.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This feature keeps your account closed for an extended period. No new accounts can be opened while an active exclusion is in place.
Betting History & Analysis
Review your complete betting history in your account. See how much time and money you have spent and analyse your own habits — self-awareness is the first step toward safe gaming.
24/7 Support Service
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact the 899tt support team. Help is available in both Bengali and English via live chat or email. There is no shame in reaching out — we are always here.
Minor Protection
The minimum age to register on 899tt is 21. We follow a strict age-verification process. We recommend using parental control software to limit device access for younger members of your household.
Warning Signs
Are any of the following signs present in you or someone you know?
Honest self-assessment is important to keep gaming as entertainment. Use this list as a simple check for yourself or someone close to you.
- Spending beyond your budget or borrowing money to game.
- Repeatedly playing to try to "win back" losses.
- Lying to or hiding gaming activity from family or friends.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to game.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gaming.
- Repeatedly failing in attempts to stop gaming.
- Noticing that your sleep, eating, or mental wellbeing is being affected.
If even one of the signs above seems to apply, please contact our support team or take a temporary break. Seeking help is a sign of courage.
4 Steps to Stay Safe
Follow these simple steps for a safe and enjoyable gaming experience at 899tt.
Set a Budget
Before you start gaming, decide how much you can afford to spend. Do not go beyond that limit — it is best not to use winnings as funds for the next bet.
Stick to a Time Limit
Decide how long you will play before each gaming session. Set a timer on your phone. Taking a break after a set time helps keep your mind fresh.
No Emotional Betting
Never place bets when you are upset, under stress, or under the influence of alcohol. The chances of making poor decisions are much higher in these states.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If something feels wrong, contact 899tt support right away or activate self-exclusion. Our email: [email protected] — also available via 24/7 live chat.
Age Limits & Transaction Rules
Responsible financial management is an important part of responsible gaming.
21+ Age Requirement Is Mandatory
The minimum age to open an account and play on 899tt is 21. This is strictly verified. This site is not meant for anyone under 21. If you know of a minor using this site, please let us know.
Financial Limits — A Safety Net
The minimum deposit on 899tt is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Start with small amounts and stay within your means. Safe and fast transactions are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour.
Remember: Winnings from gaming are never a guaranteed source of income. Never bet with money set aside for household expenses, rent, or debt repayments. Your financial security comes first.
